This is an approach that aims to achieve quality by organising every process to get the product ‘right first time’ and prevent mistakes ever happening. This is also known as a ‘zero defect’ approach. In quality assurance, there is more emphasis on ‘self-checking’, rather than checking by inspectors.
In Project Management, the quality of a product is realized by the competency of the Quality Assurance Management Analyst that represent the interest of the business; We train resource in quality management of solution, infrastructures, systems in a structured and software development environment; identifying the need of Key stakeholders and end users in ensuring the definition of done; using strategies, methodologies, models and techniques along side working with management, development and operational cross functional team. Also provide support to earn related certification to ascertain their competency to earn the job roles.
