Our hybrid lectures/Training is combined in a 12 weeks session where our
candidates all around the world with different time zones converge in a virtual
classroom to cover multiple trainings on Monday -Friday, 2hrs per day.
Our training focus not only Project Management & Business Analysis, but also
other endeavours such as, Quality Assurance Management, Programme Office
Management, Change Management, System Front End and Back End
Development, UI/UX Designing, Software Development Management and
Maintenance. Etc;
The first 6 weeks covers Our First Semester. The desired course is covered
between 4 -6 week using our flexible and convenient Learning Management
System- LMS, this may be accompanied with Lectures and Tutorials as the case
may be. We train our candidates to adapt with Project Management endeavours
in consideration to Waterfall Methodology and Frameworks such as V-Model,
Big Design Up-Front etc; Importantly, managing end to end project in a controlled
environment, that is using PRINCE2® Methodology and Framework. Also
tailoring Agile Methodology to product development with Frameworks such as
Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DevOps, Extreme Programming, SAFs- Scale Agile
framework, Crystal, Lean development, Lean Start up, TDD ASD, FDD, etc; in a
Project delivery environment, as well as solutions, infrastructure, data, Software
Development Life Cycle.
At the end first semester, a Certificate of Completion would be automatically be
issues through our Learning Management System

DEMO PROJECT

This is a 1-2 weeks bridge that connects candidate learning after certificate of
completion to a Real life Project as the case may be. Our well-structured, time based,
relaxed atmosphere training continues after lectures with team collaboration. This
is where what is learnt per time in Learning Management System- LMS,
Lectures/Self Course Work and Self Pace Work would be deliberated on with in
and among the team.
We provide candidates with team work in sequence of stages in their training and
curriculum that will be worked on as a Demo Project. The team members
participation will be according to the role the individual is learning to be expert in.
Our Projects is always show case at our weekly Project Presentation. At the end
of the presentation, the team and the individual review will be evaluated on the
Project done, during our tutorials.
This has always help us to monitor and support our candidate from stage to stage
in their learning progression with how the functions and responsibilities are
performed, how Project is being managed and controlled in a real-life project.

REAL-LIFE PROJECT

Our project are not scenario based project, we take our candidate through a real life
project in an actual delivery environment . Upon the completion and fulfilment of
all the above criteria, candidate will proceed to a second 6 weeks semester, where
Candidate will be placed on project to work on according to preferred role to gain
desired experience. Some of our candidate may be given an opportunity to run their
first and second semester concurrently if desired to accelerate their success stories.
Our consulting firm delivers various end to end structure and software development
projects independently and with third party organisation from time to time which
gives us an edge over competitors in terms of providing avenue for our candidate to
learn and get quality Real Life Project Experience.
At the completion our theoretical and practical experience 12 weeks training,
followed by fulfilment of all Prerequisite our programme Office would offer respective
candidates a Certificate of Competency to defend their experience anywhere in the
world. An Award ceremonies is part of our additional values as a reward for
